All our commercial dishwashers, glasswashers and ice makers are covered by a fully comprehensive guarantee which can be extended on request. Beyond this, some customers have more specific requirements and we are always happy to create a bespoke service agreement tailored to your exact needs.
Should you require technical assistance, our in-house team of Nelson trained engineers will respond promptly. We also operate free online support as many perceived problems are no more than small operator errors which can be rectified with good advice.
Our engineers carry an exceptionally wide range of spares meaning that we can claim a first fix rate of around 97%.
