Fitted to commercial dishwashers and glasswashers when water pressure is low to increase the flow of water and ensure pressure is high enough to effectively clean crockery and glassware.

Commercial Dishwasher & Glasswasher with Drain Pump
Drain pumps help to drain dirty wash water away from the dishwasher when gravity cannot be relied on to do so. They are required when the waste outlet is situated below the drainpipe it is feeding into – usually when the commercial dishwasher or glasswasher is located at floor level.
If the machine waste outlet is above the drainpipe gravity will be sufficient to drain away the dirty wash water – this usually occurs when the dishwasher or glasswasher is on a stand.
